We are now offering a new, innovative dental plan to help you receive affordable dental care and the preventive care you need. Our plan is simple and straighforward.

For an annual fee of $129 for individuals or $229 for familes, patients receive two cleanings and two exams each year. For a family of four for example, this could be a savings of nearly $800 on those services alone. Family eligibility includes both spouses and all unmarried children under the age 21, and full-time students under age 23.

Enrollees in the plan receive a 20% discount on all dental work, including x-rays.
